TRAINING PROGRAMS

Vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (f/m/d)

Training (3 years)

In detail:

Your mission:

  • If you are interested in the future of information technology, then we are interested in yours. Let us join forces and ensure that both you and IT at our company reach their full potential.
  • In the process, you will get to know and learn to love a wide variety of tasks in our department.
  • Do you want to make work easier for our specialist departments with IT systems planned, configured, tested and operated by you? You can!
  • You will also become acquainted with various processes and diagnostic systems for software testing, tidy the tangle of cables in the server room and, before long, have the chance to pass your growing IT expertise on to the software users. After all, you will be teaching them how things work as part of training events and rectifying faults that occur as part of IT support.
  • Of course, your practical training will be complemented by your theoretical lessons at vocational school, so you will be more than ready for your final examination!

You will need:

  • Good school-leaving qualification (A levels / high-school diploma / Abitur, technical diploma / Fachabitur, secondary school leaving certificate, commercial school)
  • Good grades, especially in mathematics, computer science and English
  • Interest in data processing and technology
  • To be a highly independent, reliable and committed team player who works very precisely, likes to get to the bottom of things and enjoys planning and organising

What you can look forward to:

  • A challenging field of activity with a high level of creative potential at an innovative, international and expanding technological leader
  • Flat hierarchies and direct interdisciplinary cooperation across management levels
  • A state-of-the-art work environment with the latest and most innovative methods from Industry 4.0 in an intercultural team with highly motivated colleagues
  • Targeted employee development through ongoing professional training and development of personal skills
  • An open corporate culture and a flexible working time model (without core hours) for a self-determined work/life balance
  • Above-average remuneration as well as a wide range of employee benefits ranging from healthcare and sporting activities to employee events
