Code of Ethics

The AIXTRON Group Code of Ethics applies to the members of the Executive Board as well as to executives and key financial personnel throughout the Group. 

The AIXTRON Group Code of Ethics serves to promote the following topics:

  • Honest and ethical conduct, including the ethical handling of conflicts of interest
  • Timely disclosure of complete, accurate and understandable quarterly and annual reports
  • Compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
  • Prompt reporting of violations of the Code of Ethics 
  • Accountability for Compliance with this Code
