China’s Fujian Institute of Research to Investigate Telecom Lasers with AIXTRON CCS MOCVD Reactor

Ordered in the third quarter of 2011, the reactor has been delivered in the first quarter of 2012. A service support team from AIXTRON China Ltd. has installed the reactor in a new cleanroom at the FJIRSM Laser Laboratory.
