Arima Changzhi to ramp HB LED capacity with AIXTRON G4 MOCVD systems

All reactors have been installed and commissioned by a local AIXTRON service support team and will be used for the production of High Brightness (HB) LEDs. Mr. Chen, General Manager of Changzhi High Tech, expressed his satisfaction with progress so far: “We have been very actively preparing our epitaxy process development and production of LED for HB LED wafers and chips.
