Voting Rights on AIXTRON SE, Herzogenrath, Deutschland, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 18, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 2.5674% (this corresponds to 2613333 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.5674% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2613333 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company. Furthermore,
1.5323% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1559766 Voting Rights) is
also to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
