Compliance

We are committed to good Corporate Governance through compliance with the German Corporate Governance Code and with applicable US transparency requirements. We want to further strengthen the trust of our shareholders, the financial markets, our business partners and employees, as well as the public.

We have had a Code of Ethics since 2006. The AIXTRON Compliance Code of Conduct applies to the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board and all employees worldwide. Our Compliance Handbook has been mandatory for senior management executives since 2011.
